Riser House and Drew Baldridge’s Lyric Music Publishing have entered into an exclusive publishing agreement with singer-songwriter Dylan Wolfe. Wolfe, an independent country-rock artist from Illinois, has garnered a substantial following on social media, particularly through TikTok, and has achieved over 10 million streams on his singles “Wasting My Time” and “Something To Talk About.” He also co-wrote Bailey Zimmerman’s track “From The Fall” on the 2022 Leave The Light OnEP.

“For seven years, I’ve been dedicated to playing music, writing songs, maintaining a job, and traveling between Illinois and Nashville. I have always hoped that someone would recognize my efforts and take a chance on me,” expressed Wolfe. “That moment has finally arrived, and I am immensely grateful. Joining the Riser House family and having my mentor Drew as part of the team is an honor. This is just the beginning of my career, and I have high expectations for the future.”

Established in 2023, Wolfe is the first artist to be signed to Baldridge’s Lyric Music Publishing roster. Baldridge remarked, “I have observed Dylan’s journey from the start, performing in the same venues where I began my career in southern Illinois. His work ethic is unparalleled, and he continually evolves as an artist and songwriter. Collaborating with Jennifer Johnson and her outstanding team at Riser House to showcase Dylan’s music is truly exciting.”
